Books and Maps are FINALLY in the Warehouse

At last the books and maps have arrived in the US warehouse. It seemed to take ages to get from port to the CRWN warehouse.
I have been badgering the warehouse managers to get them out as quickly as possible but obviously they have to find a slot where they can fit in all the picking, packing and posting. Currently they are telling me April.
So apologies for the even longer wait, but I know you will be delighted when the very heavy bundles arrive at your homes.
I will update you all when I have firm dates from CRWN.

Travel by Sea Takes a LOOONG time

We finally have some news of the US shipment, which I suspect has stopped at just about every where on it's way to America. My logistics contact, Harry says:
"this freight is due in Seattle about March 6th and the carrier is arranging the door move so I assume it will deliver the week of March 9th , 2026 "
This means that it should then be delivered to CRWN, US warehouse at that time and depending upon our Warehouse team, things should be sent out pretty quickly.
All packages that were for other parts of the world have been sent out , though I have had a few returned with 'gone away' or 'not claimed' labels stuck to them. If this is you please feel free to get in touch via Kickstarter private message or at [email protected]

Packing and Posting from the UK

Here in the UK it has been rather chilly so we have spent time shifting our packaging to the dining table.
Parcels are now wending their way to all the countries previously mentioned and also to Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal. Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland and the UAE.
Any issues?
1. Please give parcels plenty of time to arrive. Check the tracking on Royal Mail if yours is coming that way and via Fed Ex if that is your courier. There will always be lost parcels but they need time to arrive.
2. Can't find your tracking number? It will be on your backerkit page.
3. If you are in the US, Mexico or South America- your parcels will be coming once they are delivered into CRWN warehouse in Portland , Oregon.
4. You can't find your tracking number or can't think why you haven't heard anything-? You could be one of the people who has forgotten to pay postage or forgotten to give us your address ? We can ofcourse help you with these problems. Please private message me on Kickstarter or contact [email protected] and we will do our best to help.
5. Your parcel was tracked but never arrived? I already have a parcel returned here and have reached out via email to the person it was intended for but have had no response- sometimes our emails just don't get to you and we will need you to check your junk mail or get in touch.
6. Something is missing from your order? I tried my hardest to get everything accurate but sadly I am very human and it is just about possible that I have made an error- in whichcase please contact me as above.
7. You ordered just books 1 and map 1 and now you are really regretting not purchasing the full set! ...Don't worry we are putting an upgrade package on our Website so that you can get the rest .
